A pleasant surprise at Menord. Despite some previous reviews, our room was clean and fresh. The friendly staff addressed our concerns promptly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The hotel had free parking, a huge plus. We also appreciated the great location close to the seaside and marina, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel was located perfectly close to the marina and the seaside. the rooms were spacious and clean, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. the breakfast had a wide range of options and the service was excellent. the Turkish spa was a great facility to relax after a busy day of work.

The housekeeping service was not up to par as they disregarded the “Do Not Disturb” sign and entered the room without permission.

The hotel offered a quick check, in and great customer service. the staff was friendly and always willing to help me with my needs. the room was well, furnished, clean, and comfortable to stay in. the breakfast was decent and enough to give me the energy I needed to start my day. Another advantage that I enjoyed was its proximity to the city's main attractions, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding areas.

The hotel's location was not the safest and was situated in a seedy part of the city. the hotel did not offer any non, smoking rooms, which was a problem for me as I am a non, smoker.

During our weekend stay, we enjoyed the complimentary parking and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The quality of the room service was fantastic and the rooms were cleaned promptly each day. the hotel was in close proximity to great restaurants and cafes, which made it very convenient for us to explore the nearby area. We also appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out process which made our stay seamless.

The noise level in the rooms was also an issue, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. the Wi-Fi didn't work well in our room, and we were unable to connect to the internet during our stay.
